The Cheesecake Factory is a good place to find that. If you’re ever in Evanston, the Dixie Kitchen and Bait Shop is also good.

Here’s how you do it. Ride 70 miles on your loaded touring bike, pitch camp, eat barely adequate dinner. Get up early, strike camp, eat a little peanut butter, ride 20 miles to the nearest town. Find restaurant, abandon bikes. Order eggs, bacon, hash browns, toast, coffee, orange juice, AND biscuits and gravy. Eat. Get pie for dessert.
