I’ve been betting on a RICO case since way back in the old days, when Preet Bharara still had his job up here. I think there’s been a RICO investigation going on for years, but that’s only a guess.

When people say that Trump’s been on New York’s radar for years, that includes prosecutors.

Yeah, But now he may have two RICO cases going. One for his NY business and one biggie for his administration in the White House.
