Ultimately the US is not a racist country. So what we see now from the Right Wing is starting to make me believe that we will see a epic win by Obama in November. Not only that, but any intelligent Republican will leave the GOP.

If you are a Republican don’t you question how you can belong to such a racist organization?

nobody wants to believe they are a bad person, and practically nobody in this country thinks that racism is acceptable

so you get all these people in the GOP who will tell you “i’m not a racist, but…”

limbaugh and gingrich and their ilk are the ones who have taught these people the rationalizations that come after the “but”. they are generally nice people who really don’t want to believe they are prejudiced - “but”
