Yeah, his relaxed medical marijuana prosecution plan doesn’t seem to have relaxed much of anything.

I’ve looked and haven’t seen any evidence that the DEA or other fed agencies under Obama have raided a single marijuana dispensary that was operating legally according to State and local law. So far it looks like all the raids conducted have been to shut down operations that were conducting business without permits. If there’s evidence to the contrary I’d love to see it.
