Tilting at neocon windmills. Every challenge to affirmative action has failed in the courts, because the white litigant generally was a weak candidate to start with, IIRC.

This has been a windmill since I was in college, and that was a while ago.

(I’m a year away from my 40th reunion. Sigh.)

It’s not just that they’re going after colleges engaging in affirmative action. They’re diverting resources that would otherwise go to defend civil rights for minorities.
