I guess I have less confidence in Americans overall then most of you then.

My confidence is based in the demographics that Trump is losing by worse numbers than Romney managed to achieve. Romney got his ass whipped by 5 million votes and he did better than Trump did in pretty much every demographic. So Trump’s only possible avenue to victory is to drive down turnout, make people give up in disgust or despair and win the diehards who will crawl over broken glass and red hot coals to vote for him. Giving into the despair is what’s going to let him win.
