Public masturbation, for one. That’s something I can personally (and unfortunately) attest to having seen on the NYC subway. I can see it easily happening with much more frequency should public indecency laws be struck down (it already happens far too often).

Let’s go really way out there: What’s to stop a D/s couple from showing up in public with the dominant leading his/her naked sub around by a chain attached to his/her dog collar? I don’t care what people do in the privacy of their homes, but I wouldn’t want to have to explain that to my child (if I still had a young one), nor would I care to see it myself.
