I’m not a tax attorney, but this:

It sounds a lot more like he’s trying to set up the US government as an alter ego of the Trump Organization. I mean, what happens when those hotels don’t make a profit but for payments by foreign governments? And what if foreign governments decide not to use Trump hotels now? This feels like some straight up oligarchical bullshit.

And how will they determine what “profits” come from foreign governments? And why am I asking a question about a statement so bogus and full of bullshit that it is unanswerable?
