I heard something about this while I was driving this morning. Apparently Trump personally interviewed potential US Attorneys for Manhattan, Brooklyn, and DC, but not anywhere else. Those are three places where he (or his businesses) could face liability, which is obviously troubling.

Beyond that, I wonder how commonplace it is for the president to interview potential US Attorneys?
