It really is hard to take them seriously on this issue when they propose stuff like this. This is an issue that theoretically should get bipartisan cooperation on but proposing cuts by 95%? if you think something is a national emergency, you don’t do cuts like this. You certainly don’t put a 24 year old staffer who frankly is about as qualified as I am to figure it out in charge. Delegation is part of what defines leadership and delegation is one of Trump’s worst aspects. Granted, he has a ton of terrible aspects.
