I believe it’s time for James Carville, who dejectedly declared that there was no Blue Wave, to retire. Most of the pundits who spent their careers dealing solely with Election Day voting are increasingly all at sea in the new era of early voting, large numbers of absentee ballots, and vote-by-mail.

It would have been even bigger without the Gerrymandering. Don’t know why Carville was so down on it but while I like Carville and think he was a great strategist, he’s from a different era. It’s no longer it’s the economy, stupid.
