Regarding Uranus:

Here is a link to a document for a city in California, Thousand Oaks, which has a piece of art entitled “Uranus” and that looks like, well, scroll to the last page of the document. [Link: www.toaks.org…]

Oh, and they (there are two, one at city hall and one at the library) cost $15,000 to install.

Just wanted to share that.

So basically, some troll goatse’d a Californian city, and the taxpayers got on the hook for a cool $15 grand.
