I understand how that could be true, but it would still be inadmissible. In our system of justice guilt must be proven, and the young lady who leveled the accusation cannot supply evidence to support her claim. As such, its prejudicial nature outweighs any possible probative value it might have in a court. That’s why it can’t be allowed in.
