Yep. That was my intended point. There may be a large number of people at risk, not just Whelan but everyone who was involved in the Whelan twitter feed or who was aware of it, including Kavanaugh. If Garrett did not offer himself as a willing sacrifice but was blindsided by this attack, he would have an excellent case of slander that could be pursued in the courts but it’s only an attorney that can advise him on what he should do.
