So… if Trump tries to take the podium, do the Capitol Police arrest him for trespassing? And what does the Secret Service do?

As I mentioned earlier, the Secret Service hasn’t been paid for a month. They might even decline to escort him there. (I would expect the Capitol Police to merely escort him out, though.)
