The voting rights bill will die in the Senate, which will be a crushing disappointment. So the Democrats need to follow that up with a massive infrastructure bill, which can be passed through reconciliation and will be immensely popular.

If the voting rights bill doesn’t pass, Democrats are doomed. Republicans are passing voter suppression bills left and right.
