That’s the term Elon Musk used to insult to Vernon Unsworth, one of those involved in the Thai cave rescue that saved 12 boys and their soccer coach. Elon claims that it was a common insult in South Africa, when he was young, and was not meant to be taken literally, just like MF is never meant literally. I don’t know if Elon’s use of the term in 2018 has popularized it here.
