This post isn’t about Beck. It’s about this line in the article:

The creamy notions of postpartisan cooperation — poured abundantly over Obama’s presidential campaign a year ago

I’m looking at that line and wondering where the reporter got the idea from that there would be postpartisan cooperation. Where on the right did he see an indication that if Obama were elected, they would fall right in line and help craft liberal legislation? Were the press hallucinating that the conservatives would come over to their side if Obama were elected?

I could have told them differently, and I would have expected, if Obama lost, that the left would have continued to fight for their ideals as well.

I just wish the Hitler sign people would stay home.
