No, actually it is an accusation only. And 90 days is hardly long term.

And all your links WERE about permanent sterilization.

Because the birth control shot is long lasting, it can take a long time to get pregnant after getting your last shot — anywhere from 6–10 months. So, Depo-Provera is not a good birth control method for you if you’re thinking of getting pregnant soon.

Depending on the woman and age, this can make a major difference between being able to conceive or not, something that is not to be decided by any government or doctor.
