I may be the exception here but it seems that being low key and magnanimous in victory is more effective, especially as long as we are in the minority. Gloating may provide them additional incentive to sabotage the ACA. The Democrats should be reaching out to Republicans for discussions on fixes to the program so that it remains healthy. It would also be great if there were some way to persuade states that didn’t participate in the Medicaid expansion that now was the time to change their position.
