We know exactly how George Floyd died: He was restrained by an overly aggressive police officer, against training and department policy, for an inappropriate length of time, which led to respiratory or cardiac arrest. Whether or not that was exacerbated by pre-existing conditions is irrelevant. He died in the care of officers whose charge it was to serve and protect.
