Try this, Buck: Explain how you would reform Medicare. That’s a big and costly program, giving you something to work with, but by limiting ourselves to that one program to start we can keep things focused.

Ok, I would start with people who are 50 and younger now. A portion of their medicare benefits, over a certain amount would get clawed back in taxes based on income. For anyone 51 and older in 2013 their benefits would not change.
