Cambridge in color.com is another great group. I joined a few months ago and everyone there is wonderful. Very much like LGF, even the newest newbie is treated with respect. All that is required is a sincere desire to improve one’s skills and an willingness to learn.

They even appreciate a bit of sarcasm now and again.
