as soon as possible, yes. but by then the Stock Market will have crashed, and Biden will have to choose between tossing more billions in to prop it up or letting it recover on its own accord…either way will be an impossibly tough call

If, on January 3rd, when Congress convenes, the House and Senate start passing bills, when do they have to be sent to the White House? Could they pass a stimulus on the 4th, and hold onto it until Biden is sworn in? I mean, they could pass it out of one, and then wait until the 21st to pass it out of the other, but that would give too many people time to delay it.
