I never said that apocalyptic talk was a crime. I said it was wrong. There’s a difference.

It doesn’t do anyone on any side any favors when people like Beck are saying that current events are like 9/11 but without the collapsing buildings, or that Armageddon is nigh because HCR passed. That just throws gasoline on the fire and makes any reasonable discussion impossible.

Well one man’s apocalyptic talk is another man’s inconvenient truth… I am OK with talk as long as no laws are broken, but hey that’s just me.
