Rahm Emmanuel, the Daleys and the current crop of Chicago politicians aren’t exactly what I would call clear thugs, & crooks. But they are still thugs and crooks.

Around here we don’t talk about Daley Sr. and Capone. They are old news.

Still, just doesn’t seem fair to paint Obama with some broad brush based largely on the accident of the city he wound up in.

Have you seen aspects of the Chicago Way in his governance? He hardly seems Nixonian.
