Happens up here in the wild north country all the time. You’d think, out of the entire country, people either up here or out your way would know how to deal with driving in snow properly. But nooo, every year we have multiple cars off the road in the ditch because people are going way too fast for conditions. I’ve thought about making a profitable business from driving around with 4-wheel drive and a tow rope.

The wave of panic that spreads through the Philly metro area on the first decent snowfall is alternately hilarious and terrifying.

I was working in a liquor store way back during a snow fall. Guy from CO came in and out of the parking lot like it was the middle of July. Not driving crazy; the 1/2 inch on the ground was no biggie to him.
