Why was this guy shot 12 times? This is the first I’m seeing this. He wasn’t rushing the cops, knife or not.

I fear once that video goes viral, and I suspect it will, there will be hell on the streets.

In the audio, I’m pretty sure I heard “Shoot me” 3 or 4 times. Caveat: No way for me to be sure that was being said by the man who was shot.
