Obama took great pains to make himself Caesar’s Wife level of clean for such charges.

Most of his pre-White House money was book royalties; he put half of it into index funds, the other half in T-bills. And then didn’t touch any of it; plus gave away his Nobel Prize money.

But he wore a tan suit and ate arugula.
