Considering the chain of command that deems to be in effect, I would move to hold the entire administration in contempt of court. DHS has the power to compel CBP to obey the court order and if it is not doing so, then the courts should consider that an implied support of the CBP’s unlawful actions.

In a just and sane world, if 45 comes out and says that he and his administration are going to ignore a valid court order, the House would draw up and approve articles of impeachment by the end of the week, and the senate would remove him within a fortnight
