Pushing implies Franken was left without any choice. He had a choice; they weren’t going to expel him if he refused to resign before the investigation was complete. If I was innocent I wouldn’t have resigned; whether you like it or not, Franken wasn’t innocent, and US Senators expressing their belief he should resign are not a “mob.”

So then Moore must be innocent, because he continues to fight the charges and refuses to back down, right? If resignation implies guilt, then refusal to resign must indicate innocence, correct?
