Daniels is one of the “sold out”. No, he is not as delusional as many today who fly the (R) banner, but he knows who butters his bread.

Most politicians are sell-outs. They may sell out to leftist non-profits or to wingnut preachers, but either way they sell out. Trying to be intellectually honest in politics is very hard and usually leads to a short career.
