Doesn’t matter. If the law says that her daughter is old enough to consent and if the law says that her daughter has the right to have medical confidentially, which I believe it does then there isn’t much of a leg to stand on. Unless she signed a form that said all medical info would be automatically passed on to the parents then her daughter and the clinic did nothing wrong in terms of anything legal.
