Sadly, they’re probably right. I’m pretty sure he’ll win a dozen states. Maybe even fifteen.

Yes, he’s going to win more states than Alf Landon, McGovern, and Mondale combined. It sucks because all three of those guys were good men who either were up against a very popular incumbent or in McGovern’s case had their heart in the right place but were too radical for their time.
