If it really is true that the prosecution of Officer Wilson would need to disprove a self-defense story “beyond a reasonable doubt” under MO state law, then a conviction will be impossible.

Could Wilson be convicted of attempted murder for shooting at a fleeing victim (before the alleged “bull rush”)?
