It ain’t just Texas.

Georgia, Alabama and Florida have been real tense in discussions about the Chattahoochee. Colorado already had one flare about its water problems and the 2009 changes didn’t really resolve the issue. And the list goes on into almost every state in the US.

I think water will overtake oil as the Big Issue within the next half-century. That’s a guess, of course.
