Yesterday’s discussion of falafel got me in the mood to make some today.
Just made up a big batch of cucumber/yoghurt sauce and have it “resting” in the fridge. I forgot how much I love that sauce and am thinking it will also go nicely with many other dishes, including fish.
MrBWS isn’t too sure about the falafel part (“no meat? how can it have no meat??!!??”) I told him to think of it as hush puppies with chickpeas instead of flour. Fortunately, he’s a huge fan of homemade hummus, so he should like the falafel.
