Iraq doesn’t have its own planes?

I think they just received an order of a couple dozen F-16s about a month ago. I doubt they have any pilots who know them well enough to use them in combat yet.

And Saddam Hussein’s airforce was literally buried in the desert prior to the 2003 invasion, so they have nothing left of that.
