I prefer the word sociopathy.

That doesn’t actually work. Sociopaths can’t form normal human bonds, while many people who argue in favor of unlawful discrimination can and do form such bonds. They simply limit their compassion to certain people. They can be cold-hearted, its often bigotry, but its not the mindset of a sociopath.
