Colleges had plans when they first opened up. SUNY’s 64 campuses should follow the same example. Make sure everyone has access to the testing and results in a timely fashion to allow safe travel back home. Then they need to have testing back in place so classes can resume following Thanksgiving break.

The alternative is everyone goes remote after Thanksgiving and no one returns to campus until after January break.
