Americans’ constitutional right to freedom of speech does not typically apply between individuals and private organizations.

In this case, Phil Robertson be as honest and frank as he wants to be, as abhorrent as it is to most Americans, and A&E is free to do whatever they want within the terms of their contract for the show.

Consequences have actions, as your ilk is want to remind everyone when it suits you.
