Just in case someone thought Dems might get credit for trying to ouster Franken:

The Democrats’ Franken pile on would not be happening if they had a 51 seat majority and his resignation meant a Republicans would replace him. This is about political opportunism, not morality. This time its just Democrats who get to morally preen, not GOP’ers.
