To me, it’s “Fragile” by Yes. Your mileage may vary. (Long story, but that album was the first modern music I’d ever heard, as my grandparents prohibited playing it and didn’t permit me a radio and I’ll stop whining now).

Mine, after years with Beatles and the Stones “greatest hits” album of my older siblings was “Get Yer Ya-Yas Out”. It blew my mind. I spent hours and hours trying to master the solos on that thing. I never did get it quite right. But I still love it. (I also have a great bootleg from the mixing board of the Altamont show that kicks my ass.)
