I’m sure that’s not really an issue with heated garages and charging stations in the public parking garages, as Aspen and Vail hvae in abundance.

So also in Minnesota, where in Minneapolis the Teslas have dedicated parking spaces where electric cars can plug in and recharge, and are sheltered from the elements.
