Again, in my world, I know a 19 year old kid who is on track to becoming a young Republican, as well as my cousins’ Millennial kids who work union jobs and vote GOP.

I hope to God I’m the outlier here. I have a feeling I’m not.

I teach rooms full of kids who would be delighted if Trump was a graduation speaker. They’re not bad kids. They’re wonderful kids and I love them all, but they’ve grown up in a way that has taught them to compartmentalize all kinds of shit.
