yeah but that road goes both ways. They’ve got a vested interest in seeing us succeed. When you’ve got $900B of US treasury notes its to your advantage when the dollar goes up.

But you’re right, I think the US would be a little harder on China overall if they didn’t own that big a % of our debt.
