Ketchup, mayo, bacon, and cheese is my go-to. If I’m getting a burger for takeout from a fancy-pants place, I will try to find something more distinctive; either their signature burger, or a bleu cheese burger, or similar.

Same on the fancy place burgers. Mostly, I’m not a fan of salads on my burger. And don’t get me started on 1000 Island Dressing (yes, I am a southern California apostate in that I do not like In n Out)
