A couple more Newtowns and Orlandos and that could easily change. When 80%+ of the population supports something, even Congress sometimes listens. We banned those insane weapons 20 years ago because they’re absurd for civilian populations; it could easily happen again.

And your core gun humper constituency is old white people—the ones who are dying at a faster rate than any other group. The rest of the country doesn’t worship your precious little 2nd Amendment. Time and demographics are NOT on your side. Not on this issue, and certainly not for your party.

Your predictable knee-jerk reactions about guns are disturbing, they seem the result of monomaniacal thinking. Worse still, you’ve become boring.
