Both are cooked the same, with different sauces. I like the vinegar and pepper sauce - I think that’s NC.
Cole slaw only on the side, and not made with mayo!
In NC I had some sort of mustard-based (sorry, there’s that word again) BBQ. It was yellow and I just coulddn’t get past its disgusting appearance.
Cole slaw? No thank you, but good baked beans? Hell yeah!
