Well, like a stuck clock they can be right once in a while. Chloroquine is so horrible that I prefer to take Mefloquine (Lariam). So far I haven’t massacred any Vietnamese or Afghani villages. Hydroxychloroquine is supposed to be a bit easier to take, but it’s still nasty shit. The only thing that’s worse is malaria.
